Hello, I live in Maine and make several trips a year to VT so see friends on do handcycle clinics with NDAA (Northeast Disabled Sports Asociation)
I have only met Kelly briefly on one of my trips but was impressed with her attitude towards her disability and life in general, in my eyes she's a gal going many good places and doing many good things in life, Keep up the good work Kelly.
On another note I have worked with the Kelly Brush Foundation, Lindsay and Mary with several grant reciepients, all I can say is what a great bunch at KBF.
Keep up what your doing, KBF is changing peoples lives for the good.
Sincerely,Andy Barker

Hi Kelly, As I no longer live in VT, I receive my copy of the Charlotte News a little late. I just read the article about you, your foundation and the Century Ride. You are such an inspiration! Give our best to your family. By the way, Alex and Meghan both live in Burlington. Alex is a registered dietitian at the hospital and Megs is in med school at UVM. Charlotte is a junior in HS in NJ. Love, The Smalls |

This September, I passed some riders enjoying your event, and later read about its success in the Burlington Free Press. Inspiring! I was moved to checkout the website and send Congratulations! -Stephen in Burlington |

Kelly, I want to personally thank you for providing an experience which still resonates from deep within. The century ride was the event of the year in so many ways. Your efforts brought together hundreds of friends, family and strangers to participate in a healthy, focused event with purpose and meaning; what a way to connect with the community! You are truly an inspiration and we love you for it! |

You are an amazing person and give me lots of hope for my husband, Ben. He broke his neck right before Christmas at the C4/C5 and is paralyzed from the chest down. I hope that one day he'll be back on the ski hill since skiing is his first love. Ben used to race in high school and then coached high school for a while before coaching jr racing at the ski mt near our home. He's currently working rehabilitation and on getting stronger but we have a photo of him at Alta on our fridge as his inspiration to get back on the hill. He's also using our one year old daughter as inspiration since he wants to teach her how to ski. Hopefully, one day he will! Thank you for your hard work towards helping others with SCIs. I wish you all the best and I hope to see you on the hill very soon.

Dear Kelly, Lindsay, Charlie and Mary-
CONGRATS! to you all for a wonderful biking event Saturday- it was a blast! You all did such a great job and the organization was amazing. Kelly & Charlie you two can really crank it. Lindsay we don't know how you managed to direct the whole event and hammer out 100 miles, but you did it with real style! Mary- it was great seeing your folks. Your Dad is an animal- biking 50 miles on a clunker mt bike at age 78!? Can't wait for next year.
Cheers- Kim & Jeff |
