Grants & Programs
The Kelly Brush Foundation has two grant programs available in support of its mission: Indiviual Grants for Adaptive Athletic Equipment and Organization Grants for Ski Racing Safety. Our grant cycle is once annually in the late fall/early winter. We will not be accepting grant applications again until Summer, 2013 for review in late fall/early winter, 2013.
In support of our mission to improve the quality of life for individuals living with SCI we provide grants to individuals who have suffered a spinal cord injury and who qualify financially to assist in the purchase of adaptive athletic equipment. Over the years the foundation has been in existence, we have purchased handcycles, alpine mono-skis, nordic sit-skis, adaptive bowling chairs, adaptive tennis chairs, and scuba diving equipment (to name a few!) on behalf of grant applicants from all over the country. See our Individual Grant Program page for stories of past grant recipients, more information on this grant program, and a grant application.
In support of our mission to improve ski racing safety, the Founadtion provides for a Ski Racing Safety Grant program. This program provides funding to ski racing clubs and organizations throughout the United States to assist them in increasing safety for their racers. See our Ski Racing Safety Grant Program page for stories of past grant recipients, more information on this grant program, and a grant application.
