CYCLISTS READY TO ROLL FOR KELLY BRUSH RIDE
OVER $140,000 RAISED TO DATE FOR SATURDAY’S EVENT

BURLINGTON, Vermont (Sept. 8, 2009) The Kelly Brush Century Ride is set to go on Saturday with 30 teams of cyclists ready to roll for spinal cord injury research and prevention.

So far over $140,000 has been raised. Team Ride-On, a team of 17 adaptive athletes who will participate using hand cycles, is the top fundraising team with more than $10,000 raised.

BURLINGTON, Vermont (August 26, 2009) With three weeks to go until the Kelly Brush Century Ride, Team Ride-On, a team of adaptive hand cyclists, has raised enough money to donate one hand cycle to an adaptive athlete and is well on the way to raising enough to get a second adaptive athlete cranking down the road.

BURLINGTON, Vermont (Aug. 5, 2009) Two of the greatest Paralympic athletes in the world have signed on to participate in the Kelly Brush Century Ride on Sept. 12. Chris Waddell and Sarah Will both plan to ride in the event, raising money to buy adaptive sports equipment for others with spinal cord injury.

The grants are part of a campaign to promote and improve ski racing safety.

South Burlington, Vermont (Feb. 4, 2008) The Kelly Brush Foundation announced the launch of its national campaign to improve ski racing safety and prevent spinal cord injury with a $35,000 round of grants to ski clubs across the country. The program is the first of its kind both in scope and in targeting safety in the sport of ski racing.
